Street Outreach
We reach out to people experiencing homelessness and offer resources to help them find a safe and secure home. We work with our partners in the Basic Needs Coalition to ensure people’s needs are met while we help people overcome obstacles to ending homelessness.
From referral to our local partners in the Coalition to End Homelessness to emergency assistance or emotional support, our outreach and housing navigation teams help connect people to long-term solutions for ending homelessness.
Supportive Housing
Helping people to maintain safe and permanent housing after experiencing homelessness and surviving domestic violence is a critical part of the work to end homelessness. Our supporting housing programs at Carson Square, Keystone, and Brookside help tenants stay safe in stable housing by providing support and access to community services.
Building Systems: The Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness
