I live in the Traverse City area. Can I pick up my item directly from you?

Absolutely. Local pickups are available at 1561 Laitner Dr in Traverse City on Monday-Friday from 9 am - 4 pm. Choose "pick up item" when checking out to avoid shipping charges. Please allow 24 hours for us to have your order ready.

Can I pay by phone or pay cash when I pick up?

We are only able to accept payment for items through the shopgoodwill.com auction website. The website accepts secure payments by credit card and PayPal.

Do you combine shipping on multiple auction wins?

We combine shipping on most multiple auction wins unless an item is extremely fragile or large. Please contact us when you've won all the auctions you want to ship together and we will provide an updated invoice with combined shipping charges. Please email or call us at 231-995-7739 for a combined invoice before you make your payment.
