Patriot Place provides shelter and support for Veterans experiencing homelessness, offering them support and stability as they transition from homelessness to permanent housing.

Patriot Place is specifically designed for Veterans, providing on-site supports including help with:

  • Accessing benefits

  • Dealing with health and legal issues

  • Obtaining documents like birth certificates

  • Gaining employment

  • Finding permanent housing
