Robert Randall has overseen operations at Goodwill organizations from Indiana to Florida since 1996. His data-driven management process and proven success in team building and strategic planning have seen Goodwill Northern Michigan through challenging times for retail and through the pandemic.
Robert and his wife moved back to the Grand Traverse Region in 2017, where they enjoy kayaking and hiking. Robert’s career at Goodwill is inspired by the challenge of taking things people no longer want and turning them into funding for programs that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
