The Position

Our Marketing and Communication Specialist needs to have a passion for the work of Goodwill Northern Michigan and our vision of a community where everyone has access to a safe and secure place to live, the nutritious food they need, and opportunities for empowering employment so that all of us can thrive. This position is located in the beautiful resort town of Traverse City, Michigan and our programs serve 19 Northern Michigan counties.

The Duties and Qualifications
The Marketing and Communication Specialist helps to create and manage social media, marketing, events, and other communications, executing brand marketing strategy across multiple channels and tracking metrics. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience including social media and Adobe Creative Suite and will enjoy managing multiple detailed projects in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position is based on experience: $24 to $26 per hour plus overtime. We offer competitive benefits that include a retirement plan with match, group health plan, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
