Healthcare Update — August 2020
Goodwill Northern Michigan is offering an incentive to all employees, their spouses, and dependents to use the Spectrum HealthNow virtual care services for their non-emergency medical needs. Each time you, your spouse, or your dependent uses a HealthNow virtual service for non-emergency health needs between now and September 30, 2021, you are eligible to receive a $50 Meijer gift card!

Who is Eligible?
All Goodwill employees, their spouses, and dependents up to age 26, regardless of whether you carry Goodwill’s Health Insurance Plan or not.
How Does It Work?
When you use HealthNow virtual care, you will be required to pay up to $45 at the time of the visit. After your visit, submit your receipt, along with a completed Incentive Request Form, to Human Resources and you will be sent a $50 Meijer gift card.
How do I set up a Virtual Appointment?
Non-Priority Health Members:
Call Spectrum HealthNow at 844-322-7374 and speak with a rep to schedule an appointment.
Priority Health Members:
Login in to your MyHealth account and click Virtual Care.
Download the Spectrum Health App and request an on-demand virtual visit, or register to set up an appointment; OR
Call 844.322.7374 and speak with a rep to schedule an appointment.
Is There a Limit to the Number of Gift Cards I Can Receive?
Not at this time. You may receive a gift card for each HealthNow virtual care appointment that you, your spouse, or your dependents have.
How Long is this Incentive Being Offered?
We are offering the incentive for HealthNow virtual care visits through September 30, 2021.
Are There Any Exclusions?
Any HealthNow visit where the doctor is unable to treat your condition virtually and sends you to be seen at a physician's office is not eligible for the gift card.
How Do I Submit My Request for the Meijer Gift Card Incentive?
The Incentive Request Forms are posted to the Human Resources Sharepoint site.
1. You may submit your request online using this online request form on the HR page of the Intranet; OR
2. You can also submit your request via mail, interoffice mail or fax by printing this incentive request form, completing it and submitting it using the instructions on the form.
Your card will be mailed to you at the address you provide within 2 weeks.
