This year’s Employee Engagement Survey launches next week! We want to create a work environment and culture at Goodwill Northern Michigan that reflects our values as an organization, and your feedback is essential to our success. The survey will take you five minutes to complete and will help us better understand our organization and your experiences. When you receive the link to the survey, we hope you will take time to complete it. We want to ensure that everyone is heard.  

About the Survey   

This survey gives you an opportunity to provide feedback and to improve our work experience, while helping shape the future of Goodwill Northern Michigan.

In order to maintain 100% confidentiality with the responses, we are partnering with an outside third-party company, Avenue ISR. They will set up the survey, compile the results, and provide us with a summary report. Goodwill will not see any individual results, just the summary report. No personally identifiable information will be captured unless you voluntarily offer personal or contact information in the comments field.
