Deb Lake brings two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to her role as Chief Philanthropy Officer at Goodwill Northern Michigan. Passionate about housing and food security in Northern Michigan, she is grateful for the chance to drive impact through collaborative work with a passionate and dynamic team of staff, donors, volunteers, and partners.
Previously pivotal in community initiatives like the Traverse City Film Festival, Deb is focused on our local Goodwill's vision of a community where everyone has a safe place to live, the nutritious food they need, and opportunities for empowering employment.
