Our Vice President of Human Resources & Workforce Development Allison brings years of experience to her job of building, engaging and developing Goodwill Northern Michigan’s internal workforce, providing leadership and direction in the areas of benefits, compensation, employee relations, policy, compliance, training and organizational development.
Having spent her career at both small and large organizations in Silicon Valley’s tech industry, Allison moved to Traverse City in 2016 with her husband, 2 children, and dogs Doug (left) and Kevin. Allison is a 2-time Olympic swimmer from Toronto, Canada. Her work at Goodwill is inspired by the opportunity to positively impact an organization that is an asset to Northern Michigan, while at the same time help its 200+ employees achieve their full potential through the power of work.
